Ixora One (the "App") is provided by Ixora Corporate Services ("Ixora") for use by its employees and authorised personnel. By using the App you agree to these Terms.

1. Authorised use

The App is for internal workforce purposes only — attendance, identity verification, and facility management. You may use it only with credentials issued to you and only for your legitimate work duties.

2. Your responsibilities

• Keep your credentials confidential and do not let others use your account.
• Provide accurate attendance and identity information; do not attempt to spoof location, impersonate others, or circumvent verification.
• Use the App in compliance with your employer's policies and applicable law.

3. Biometric & location features

The App uses face verification and location to confirm attendance. Your use of these features is governed by our Privacy Policy.

4. Availability

The App is provided "as is". We may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. Access ends when your authorisation or employment ends.
