Data & Account Deletion

Ixora One is an internal workforce app provided to you through your employer, Ixora Corporate Services. This page explains how to request deletion of your account and personal data, including your biometric (face) data.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion in any of these ways:

In the app — open the menu and choose "Report a tech issue / request", and state that you want your data deleted.
Through HR — contact your HR administrator or supervisor.
By email — write to privacy@ixoragroup.com from your registered number's associated contact, including your name and employee ID.

What gets deleted

Your facial reference image and biometric feature data (held via AWS Rekognition) — deleted so future face matching is no longer possible.
Your account profile and login identifier.
Captured selfies and location history associated with your account.

What may be retained

Because the app is used for attendance and payroll, your employer may be legally required to retain certain attendance and HR records (without biometric identifiers) for a statutory period. These records are kept only as long as the law requires and are then deleted or anonymised.

Timeline

We action verified deletion requests within 30 days. Biometric data is prioritised and removed promptly once your identity is confirmed.
